Lark, the board agent
Lark drafts the plan. You apply it.
Ask Lark what’s stuck, what shipped or who’s waiting on whom. In Act mode it drafts the changes too, from a new epic to a reassignment, and the board stays as it is until you apply them.
Two modes
Ask, or act.

Questions
Asked about lark.
Can Lark change the board on its own?
No. In Act mode it drafts changes, and they apply only when you say so.
Is Lark the same as the agents that build?
No. Lark works on the board. The coding agents work tickets as missions, on your machines.
